Owner
Halie Stouffer
Hello, my name is Halie, and I am one of the owners of New Adventures Learning Center LLC. I am so glad you have chosen us to help your little one grow! A little bit about me, I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development and a
master’s degree in General Psychology. I have been working in the early childhood education field since August of 2014 and I worked at 2 different centers between 2014 and 2020. At the end of 2020 we decided to embark on the journey of opening our own center and we have enjoyed it! When I am not at work I enjoy hanging out with my friends, spending time with
my family and boyfriend, and working a second job at my
boyfriend’s family orchard. I look forward to working closely with you and your little one over the next couple years!

Courtney Perry
Hi, my name is Courtney Perry, and I am one of the owners of New Adventures Learning Center. I graduated from Chambersburg Area Senior High School in June of 2012 and went on to attended Shippensburg University for Early Childhood Education and then got my first job working in childcare. I attended Shippensburg for two years before marrying my high school sweetheart in December of 2014 and we moved to Virginia for him to pursue his Navy career. We welcomed our first child, a boy, in May of 2017 while my husband was on deployment, and I worked on finishing my college degree. After my husband got out of the Navy in 2018 we moved back to Chambersburg where I got another job in childcare and finally finished by degree online through Kaplan/Purdue University Global where I graduated in September of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Administration. I then took a break from childcare after welcoming our daughter into the world in December of 2019 to pursue some experience in administrative work. After a short break I returned to the field before ultimately deciding to open New Adventures with my best friend. I opened this center with Halie in April of 2021 because I wanted a safe place that I trusted to send my children to during the day while I was at work and I knew that my expectations were very high so finding a center was going to be hard. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my kids, having playdates with my friends and their kids, playing cards with my family, going to the beach, coloring, and getting Pink Drinks from Starbucks.
Teacher
Isabella
My name is Isabella, but I prefer to be called Izzy. I started at New Adventures Learning Center in May of 2022 as a floater in all of the classrooms. I enjoy being a floater in all of the rooms because I am able to help in different areas and get to know each and every little friend we have here at the center. I graduated high school from the Chambersburg Area Magnet school with some education in child development. My favorite part about my job is when my friends are so excited to see me in the mornings. It makes me feel like I have really made a positive impact in their lives. I also enjoy having lunch with them and hearing what they have to say. Outside of work I help out at the animal shelter and volunteer for other activities. In my free time I like to draw, read, listen to music, play videogames with friends, play Dungeons and Dragons, watch movies with my family, and hang out with my bearded dragons, Excalibur, Ashton and Jazmine.
Teacher
Jade
My name is Ms. Jade. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Services and a minor in Women’s Studies. I have been teaching since 2016, working mainly with 1-2 year old’s since 2019. I do have experience with 3-5 year old’s as well, field placements in college and filling in at my jobs in those rooms since graduating. My favorite part about teaching is getting to be a part of and seeing all the changes and developments of each child, as they are all so different. I live in Shippensburg, with my daughter, Emberly, and our dogs, Rocksha and Boomer. We spend a lot of time watching Disney movies or my favorite TV shows together. We like to hang out with friends and family, but also make crafts at home. I spend a lot of time taking in every moment with my daughter and watching her grow and develop into her very spunky self.
Teacher
Madison Citro
My name is Madison Citro, but I go by Madi. I was employed at a local daycare center from August 2017 until September 2020. I was a floater, meaning I moved around to all the rooms until May 2020 when I was offered a lead teacher position in the early
preschool classroom. Having the opportunity to have been in every room in the canter gave me a variety of knowledge of the many different age groups. I completed my Bachelor of Early Childhood education PreK-4 from Shippensburg University, and hold an additional certificate to teach grades 5 th and 6 th . My favorite part about my job is watching the children grow and develop, academically and socially, from the start of one transition period to the next. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family and my two cats, Jack and Jill. I genuinely enjoy what I do and use more of my free time creating activities for the classroom!
Teacher
Sierra
My name is Sierra, and I am honored to be your child’s teacher! In 2019-2020 I was given the opportunity to participate in the Tiny Trojan Preschool Lab program at the Chambersburg Area Senior High School. The program gave me the experience of being a responsible role in creating high quality educational experiences for young children in a supervised setting. I had also been actively babysitting children of all ages since 2018. Working with children has become a passion and is very regarding for me. I started at New Adventures Learning Center in November 2021 and will continue to work while pursuing a degree in Psychology. I am very excited for all the opportunities of helping your child learn, grow and accomplish milestones!
